Scott Horan
 Mr. Horan is a technology teacher at Eastern
High school who is very involved with his students and the Middletown
community. He teaches a class on Microsoft Certification,
two classes on A+ Certification, and two classes titled "Introduction
to Computers and Computer Technologies". The computer
technology classes are responsible for a lot of the maps that
appear on this site. They use Arcview, a Geographical
Information System (GIS) program, to create many different types
of maps using information provided by LOJIC.
Along with his contributions as a teacher, he attends many
extra curricular activities to cheer on his students in their
out-of-class efforts. He also runs a successful computer
store appropriately named "Mr. Horan's Computer Lab."
