Water Quality
Floyds Fork begins in Henry County and flows 67 miles through Jefferson and Bullitt
Counties to its confluence with the Salt River. Small parts of Shelby and Spencer Counties
also drain into the watershed. Within the drainage basin are areas experiencing quick
growth and development. Package wastewater treatment systems have been installed to
meet the wastewater requirements of each development.
