The places of Floyds Fork include many of the historical houses found in the Floyds
Fork watershed. These houses were constructed by the first settlers of Floyds Fork and
most remain today. The houses were named after their occupants, important people to
the Floyds Fork area. Some of these houses have been acknowledged in the National
Registry of Historic Places (NRHP).
