Floyds Fork watershed has a park, Fisherman's Park, specifically for sport
fishing. It is located right off of I-265, the Gene Snyder, and Old Henry
Road. Here there are four different lakes where you can fish.
There are many places on Floyds Fork where you can fish. Sport fishing is almost
possible everywhere on the stream where the water is deep enough for a fish habitat.
Fishing is legal along Floyds Fork if you follow the state Kentucky Department of Fish and
Wildlife Resources guidelines. Harvestable fish have been found in the following
species: Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Crappie, Bluegill, Green Sunfish, Yellow
Bullhead, Black Bullhead, Redhorse, and Catfish.
